MILLENNIUM EYE PERMISSIONS
I. Pertinent info about the Eye aka How it will affect YOU:
Pegasus is in possession of a powerful ancient Egyptian artifact known as the Millennium Eye, or "Sennen Eye". It is capable of Dark Magic, granting the wielder the ability to see into the mind, as well as take possession of the soul and trap it in whatever means the wielder wishes—in Pegasus' case within a "Soul Prison" trap card, given card games are his trademark. However, it can also induce Supernatural Punishments, such as Penalty Games.
>In regards to Soul-taking: Once a person's soul is taken from their body it is like an empty shell but still capable of movement and mechanical actions, such as breathing and sleeping. If ordered to do something via Pegasus' wishes, the soulless body will comply as his "puppet".
>In regards to Mind-reading: Surface thoughts are shown to be most readily available to him, but he can assess some details, names, and even history if he delves deep enough. There's also the possibility of telepathy and receiving telepathic thoughts.
This is a doozy because I understand there are certain secrets and motivations certain characters do not want to be revealed. Chances are though that he'll mainly glance through minds for pertinent information. Unless you interest him enough or seem to be deceiving him, he won't rely on this tactic.
>In regards to influencing others: The Eye has shown to be used for a number of purposes, including planting ideas into a person's mind (subliminal messages); taking control of their body (this has only been shown via the manga, where Pegasus inflicts a penalty game on Bandit Keith for cheating/trying to assault him, where he forces Bandit Keith to shoot himself in the head).
>Inducing Supernatural Punishment: The Eye is a Dark Force, cursed with the dark magics of ancient Egypt to bring misfortune and make the wielder hunger for dark powers. Unfortunately, this means that Supernaturnal Punishments are to be expected. However, this is usually only used on those who are the loser of a Shadow Game.

II. Obvious Questions?
1. Can his mind-reading be resisted? Yes and no. In Yugioh!verse there aren't many who can fortify defenses against it unless they possess a powerful enough Millennium Item themselves. But it would appear the Eye can be thwarted by having two souls share the same body (in the case of Yugi) and them constantly shifting back and forth. Hahaha, not helpful, I know.
A. But, to be fair, in terms of Psychics…If they have a strong enough block? Certainly, Pegasus wouldn't be able to read much more than surface thoughts, if at all. (I'll try to keep this fairly realistic too, and tell me if something isn't okay! Obviously I doubt he'd be able to read the minds of gods or ultra-extremely-powerful characters.)
B. If they're well-trained in mind-reading defenses? Yes, I'll definitely work with you on that.
2. I really don't want him to be able to mind-read my character: Well, we can work something out.~

I think Hades, Hotaru, and Undertaker (mainly because I don't always know what he is thinking and most of his history has not be revealed in canon) might be difficult to get a good read on.

Sae / Her App / Small Profile
Basically Sae is a 16 year old girl who is still pretty childish. She goes to a school where she is a member of a Magic User's Club. Magic is rare on her world but some how she and the other four people in her club can use it. Also her planet was invaded a while ago by a large alien space craft called the Bell. Her club leader and the crush she doesn't know she has, Takakura, wants to use their magic to fight against the Bell.
Eagle / App / Longer Profile
Shorter version: Eagle is a bright young Commander of his own space warship. He was charged with the task of conquering a world called Cephiro by his father the President of Autozam (another planet). This is a mission he believes in a great deal since he is dying from an incurable illness and sees this as a chance to do something to shape his countries future.
Chloe / App / Profile
Shorter version: After having his parents in Romania die (or killed) he was adopted and brought to England. The English students were cruel to him because he wasn't really British... and he came from Transylvania (insert vampire joke here) but one girl went out of her way to befriend him and they grew a bit of a crush for each other. Then his adopted parents were killed and he fell in with a group of assassins. Head canon says that both sets of parents were killed in an attempt to wipe out his family but they kept missing him, the last time due to the interference of a man named KR. So Edward... as he used to be called changed his name to Chloe, the nickname of the girl he fell for, and became an assassin. There's more, meeting the Weiss guys, Aya and Ken, going on missions... ect. His app is very long and filled with all the details.
Thoughts: I would just say if I write it in brackets [Thought here.] Then he could read it unless it was Hades, Undertaker or Hotaru. You might be able to read them occasionally too I just think it would be harder to do. And if there is anything deeper he wants to know you could ask in a bracket or ooc comment or which ever.
Stipulations/Details: Just on the three characters I mentioned. They should be tougher to read.
The other three, with all the details, really have no way to guard against mind reading so they are fair game.
Would you be interested in having your soul stolen at any point in time? I don't know? ^^" I can't really remember why Pegasus stole souls. Maybe? But we would have to discuss it more.

History:
→ she is of noble blood
→ her betrothed was turned into a rose (but she doesn't know it)
→ she was traded in a deal with the 'dark one'
rumplestiltskinto protect her village from the ogres→ she is rumplestiltskin's one true love (and a huge weakness to him)
→ likewise, he is a weakness of hers
→ she tried to break rumple's curse by kissing him and he banished her for it
→ once banished, queen evil (evil queen) told rumple she was locked in a tower by her father because he was disgusted by her love for rumple and eventually died (it's unclear if that's true or not, but it's assumed to be truth)
Thoughts:
→ being that belle has no actual magical abilities to her, she's likely very easy to read. most of the time, i assess her thoughts / feelings in ( wordswords ) bracket form — so you can likely take anything from there should you want him to read her mind. i suppose it will be easy for him to do so considering she has no mental blocks / defenses.
Stipulations/Details:

History: Any manga canon~ His pull point is right after the duel between YB and YM when he got eaten by the Darkness.
Thoughts: This will be worked into narrative. If it can be read OoC, it's fair game :) (unless otherwise stated)
Stipulations/Details: There are a lot of holes in Bakura's memory from when Yami Bakura was active. Since Bakura wasn't aware of those times, obviously, Pegasus can't read them.
Would you be interested in having your soul stolen at any point in time? Possibly! Bakura's soul's been so many places at this point I'm sure it'd be the easiest removal ever.

History: noah, rin, sebastian, and suiseiseki are all going to be hard reads on all fronts, mainly because they're more used to dealing with this sort of stuff. noah a bit less since he's human... but mind reading is like hacking.
sort of.8|.clint i am all for knowing about his past. he's got no defense against prodding so. xD; i would prefer it not be used, but his dad was a drunkard and he killed himself and his mother in a car accident. he and his brother were then put into foster care, but ran away to the circus instead. he learned to be awesome there... but he and his brother eventually met on opposite ends of a fight. also the man that trained him sort of betrayed him at one point. his life sucked.
lizzie's past isn't all that exciting... save for the bits about losing ciel.
for eva it's all head-canon and that i crafted with lucy. eva is a lot older than she looks. she grew up around 1910... and saw her teens into the 20s. she came from a well to do family; a mother, father, older brother, baby sister. things were sunshine and rainbows up until the stock market crashed. her parents, devastated, commit suicide, leaving her and her siblings. her baby sister didn't make it through the rough patch and her brother, in an effort to support her, moved out west to work. he sent letters and money, but a few months in all that stopped and she never heard from him again. in spite of all of this eva never put herself before anybody else. she was always looking out for other people, and this caught sparda's eye. he made her a witch ( and this how she was able to live for so long... and also not die giving birth to half demon babies ). i would prefer the part about the witch get hazy though, ... and once sparda disappeared she lost her powers, but that's beside the point. ;;
kyrie doesn't have much. her family was pretty loaded... and also strict as hell. because politics they often spent time at the local orphanage and that's where she met nero. because the kid reminded her parents of their savior, they adopted him, ...and it might have been love at first sight.
pegasus will not be able to find anything on masane, because she's got amnesia and she can't remember the first seventeen years of her life. the past few, however, and pretty much just her and riko having happyish times. they were in a shelter for a while, but then got kicked out... so they ran away. child services is a dick and hunts them down despite them not doing shit wrong. 8|.
noah will try to fight an advance off, but his past is fair game.
pipkin... is a rabbit. idk. pegasus will see lots of people and animals trying to ruin the poor rabbit's life. this bunny is the most curious of the bunch, so there's prob a lot of exploring.
rin... there is too much to see so it will prob be too much for him. >x> she's 1000+ years old, so there's too much to see. also that's the best excuse i can come up for him looking. her canon does go too deeply into it besides. rin is an immortal though. he can pick up on that, or deduce that if he so chooses. she may deny it though.
saya comes from a rich family that's big into politics. her parents are both badass. her father with a sword and her other with a gun. but the two of them basically ignored her into oblivion and she thinks they don't care about her so she's bitter as fuck. she doesn't really like them, ...though they did sort of redeem themselves...
saeko's family is the guard of the japanese throne. her father trained saya's father. saeko, herself, is a bit of a psycho. it all started on a trip home from school. it was night time and some jerk jumped her and pinned her to the wall. he got handsy, but she wasn't scared, ...nuuu. she had the upper hand and she knew it. using her practice boken she beat the man off and nearly killed him. she found out that day she likes having that kind of power over someone. let them live or let them die. she's skilled with a sword and one of he best assets her team has fighting "them".
like rin, sebastian's been around since forever. if pegasus tries to read his mind he'll be unable to do so. too much information! he'd also know if someone were trying and, at that point, be able to prevent it. he's a demon, after all, and a crafty bastard.
suiseiseki is another special case. her mind will be hard and, like rin and sebastian, almost impossible to read. also she's a doll... but that aside, she's been around for a while and she's supposed to compete in something called the alice game. the rozen maidens are to fight and take each others rosa mystica ( life force ) so they can become alice, the perfect girl. i'm fine with him knowing that since it might be at the forefront of her mind. she doesn't want to participate in it though, and he can know that as well. souseiseki, her sister, is also someone he might see... and the fact that she doesn't have her here makes her sad ;;
god bless pegasus if he even considers going near tao's mind. she's a idiot so i don't even know what would go on in there. cat stuff. 8|b. fish. naps. boobs?

History:
Joruk - Everything in his app is fair game. There's also an event afterwards where the elders ordered him, Baimat and Azel as messengers to form an alliance with the distantly related Bagan clan. The Halgal clan lost too much land from the Numaji, after failing to take Amir from her husband. The Bagan clan quickly agrees to the alliance,because they need more people to fight Russians. Azel is suspicious and Joruk doesn't understand why.
Billy - Billy has a lot of gaps in his memories due to Neverland forgetfulness. Pegasus can pick up on stuff written in Billy's app. He can also see Billy's memory of Peter Pan growing old and being made to walk the plank.
Rika- She's just an ordinary University student in an otaku club. He can know that she was ronin for a year. She knows way too much about many other characters from manga, anime and video games. She has doujinshi of some of them.
Santo - He's taken from an early canon point, but he's still gone through a lot. He already mentioned a lot of the things that happened over the network. The death of Brian Cruz really hit him hard. Since then, he's been more protective of people. Nimrod blew him up, when he was shielding Julian Keller from its blast. Pegasus can pick up on anything in wikipedia before his canon point.
Xavin - Pegasus can learn all about skrulls, and about Xavin's relationship with her betrothed, Karolina Dean. Xavin followed her energy signture across the Andromeda galaxy and turned into a girl when Karolina outed herself.
Thoughts:I'll mostly put thoughts in brackets. I'd like some OOC mention before he uses the items, so I can put more details into their thoughts.
Stipulations/Details: Rika will think otaku thoughts. Part of this will depend on how much she can fourth wall Pegasus.
Xavin's thoughts will be hard to pick up on due to being an alien.
Santo is made of rocks and has a telepath for a faculty adviser, but his thoughts can be read. It's pointless because he has no brain-to-mouth filter.
